These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TopStarGo, which is
operated by NoxLabAi (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them
carefully — they are a binding agreement between you and us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TopStarGo, you confirm that you have read, understood
and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree,
you may not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use TopStarGo.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law, and you must comply with the laws that apply to you.
If your account has been banned, you may not create another one.
3. Your Account
Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. The information on your account must be accurate.
One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared or transferred.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, and for keeping access to it secure.
Where you set a secondary passcode for sensitive actions, keeping it confidential is your responsibility.
4. User Conduct
You are responsible for how you behave in voice rooms, in chats and on your
profile. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or
permanent termination:
Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination
Sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexual content involving minors in any form
Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or identity
Illegal activity, or the promotion, sale or arrangement of it
Spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to defraud other users
Sharing another person’s private information without their consent
Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service, or using automated systems on it without our permission
Buying, selling or exchanging accounts, coins or virtual items outside the app
Every user can report and block another user
from inside the app, and can report a room. We review reports and act on them,
which may include removing content, muting, removing a user from a room,
suspending an account or banning it permanently.
5. Virtual Goods & Economy
Virtual coins, gifts and decorations have no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable. They are licensed to you for use within the TopStarGo ecosystem only.
All purchases of coins are processed exclusively through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled under those stores’ own policies, not by us.
Virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence, not property. You do not own them and cannot trade or sell them.
Prices, gift catalogues, reward values and level requirements may change.
Coins remaining on an account are forfeited if the account is deleted or terminated.
Obtaining coins or virtual items by any means other than the official stores or the features provided in the app is prohibited, and accounts doing so may be terminated.
6. Host & Agency Guidelines
Hosts and Agency owners are expected to maintain a positive environment in their rooms and teams, and remain responsible for their own conduct under section 4.
Attempting to inflate activity artificially — including coordinated or self-directed gifting, or the use of additional accounts — is prohibited and may result in adjustment of totals, loss of standing, or termination.
7. Child Safety Standards
TopStarGo strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance
for such content or conduct. Any user found sharing, promoting,
soliciting or engaging in such activity will be immediately and permanently
banned, and their information will be reported to the relevant national
authorities and law enforcement agencies. Users can report any suspicious
activity directly within the app, and reports concerning child safety are
treated as the highest priority.
8. Your Content and Ours
You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
The app itself — its name, logo, artwork, gift animations, frames, effects, software and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of faults outside our control.
Some features depend on your device, your operating system version and your network connection.
10. Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Me tab under Account Settings, or request deletion from our account and data deletion page. Deletion is permanent.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, risk to other users, or a legal requirement.
On termination, your access ends, and any coins and virtual items on the account are forfeited.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TopStarGo is a social and entertainment platform. Content in rooms and chats is created by users, not by us, and we do not endorse it.
You are responsible for your own interactions with other users. Take care when sharing personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from another user’s conduct or from interruptions to the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be
posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and where a change is
significant we will also give notice inside the app. Continuing to use the
service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
